Attention all smoker’s!!!!
I would like to know who cooks the best brisket?
It’s plain and simple and I would like to know who is the “Best of the Best” at cooking brisket.

Welcome to the 6th Annual Chest to Chest National Brisket Championship Cook-off will be held on September 3.2010 here in Great Bend, Ks. The cooks meeting will be held on Thursday September 3rd at the Armory Building Located west of Great Bend on the Expo Complex Grounds at 7:30 P. m. During the Cook’s Meeting we will serve the traditional Prime Rib Meal provided by Kelly and Ronnie Wertz of the 4 Legs Up Bbq and Steakhouse restaurant.
 
To the victor of this head to head competition, the following prizes will be claimed

The Original Bull Penis Walking Stick
$3000.00 in cash
CHEST TO CHEST NATIONAL BRISKET CHAMPION on a Plaque, and the chance to defend their title in 2011 and beyond.
